Qwale is a Discord bot that provides features including, but not limited to:

03Eligibility

05AI Features
Qwale includes AI-powered features that generate responses based on user input.
AI responses are not professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
AI functionality may be modified, limited, or removed at any time.
06Third-Party Services
Some features of Qwale rely on third-party services, including OpenAI, to process AI requests.
The availability, performance, and output of these third-party services are outside the control of Qwale.
07User Data
To provide functionality, Qwale may process and store certain data, such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, and AI conversation history.

08Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their stored data using the bot's built-in deletion commands.
Data marked for deletion will be removed from active systems. Some residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until they are automatically overwritten.

No guarantees are made regarding uptime, reliability, performance, or uninterrupted access.
The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, third-party failures, or other technical issues.

Qwale is actively developed. Features, commands, systems, AI functionality, economy data, and integrations may be changed, replaced, limited, or removed at any time without notice.
The developers are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or functionality indefinitely.
Users acknowledge that the service may evolve over time and accept that previously available features may no longer exist.
11Termination
Access to Qwale may be restricted or terminated at any time, with or without notice, if a user or server violates these Terms or abuses the service.
12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Qwale are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
13No Warranty
Qwale is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or error-free operation.

These Terms may be updated at any time.
Continued use of Qwale after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
