01Agreement to These Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using Astral ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Astral.

02Description of the Service

Astral is a Discord bot that provides features including, but not limited to:

  • Server moderation tools
  • Auto-moderation systems
  • Moderation case logging and history
  • Autoresponders
  • Role management tools
  • Welcome and greeting messages
  • Community management utilities
  • Entertainment and mini-game commands
  • Economy-related features
  • General utility commands

Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

03Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's requirements for using its platform. By using Astral, you represent that you are permitted to use Discord and its related services.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Astral for any unlawful purpose.
  • Abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Bot.
  • Attempt to bypass restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Use the Bot to harass, threaten, spam, or harm others.
  • Use the Bot in a manner that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

05User Data

To provide functionality, Astral may process and store certain data, such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, moderation case records, and server configuration data (automod, autoresponders, roles, welcome messages, and other settings).

By using Astral, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

06Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their stored data using the bot's built-in deletion commands.

Data marked for deletion will be removed from active systems. Some residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until they are automatically overwritten.

07Service Availability

Astral is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

No guarantees are made regarding uptime, reliability, performance, or uninterrupted access.

The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, third-party failures, or other technical issues.

08Service Changes

Astral is actively developed. Features, commands, systems, moderation tools, automod rules, autoresponders, economy data, and integrations may be changed, replaced, limited, or removed at any time without notice.

The developers are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or functionality indefinitely.

Users acknowledge that the service may evolve over time and accept that previously available features may no longer exist.

09Termination

Access to Astral may be restricted or terminated at any time, with or without notice, if a user or server violates these Terms or abuses the service.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Astral are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

11No Warranty

Astral is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or error-free operation.

12Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of Astral after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
